Apply to be a Reader or Vendor 

Bring your special gifts to the Lafayette area.  We had a wonderful time last year hosting the first psychic fair in more than 30 years in Lafayette, Indiana. Our hope for this annual show is to plant a spiritual seed in those that attend by showcasing the many holistic modalities available to help people heal. This is an exciting opportunity to join us as we grow the show every year.  
 

The Lafayette and surrounding areas have over 300,000 residents, including Purdue University, located across the river in West Lafayette, with over 50,000+ enrolled students from all over the world. Once again, the Absolute Light Holistic Fair will be held at the Tippecanoe County Fairgrounds.  The Fairgrounds is anchored by a new state-of-the-art Fairgrounds Event Center,  conveniently located with plenty of free parking for visitors.

For readers and vendors, one booth space can be purchased for $160 for the day.  Each booth is 10'x10' and includes one 6' table, 2 chairs, pipe and drape separations, access to electricity, free wifi, free parking, and 2 vendor badges.  You are welcome to purchase more than 1 booth or additional tables and chairs, if desired.

Readers and vendors should bring their own table coverings, power strip or extension cords, signage for your business, promotional materials, and a sign-up sheet (with prices) to schedule appointments for your services, if necessary.  Readers, healers, and vendors are responsible for scheduling appointments and handling all payment transactions for your products and services.

Vendors are welcome to set up their booth space on Friday, May 3, 2024, from 5:00 to 8:00pm EST.  If you prefer to set up on Saturday morning, the space will be available from 8:00 to 9:30am EST.  All booths should be set up by 9:30am EST at the latest. Please contact the Event Host to discuss any special requirements.

Each participating reader or vendor will be highlighted on the webpage under the tab, “Meet Our Vendors.”  This is free advertising for you and your business.  There will also be a promotion table at the Fair, so bring your business cards, flyers, etc., to be included. The event will be promoted through a variety of avenues (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, website, local print publications, physical flyers at local businesses, etc.).
